This is a long run day.

Long run days, after race days, are to be done modestly.

Enjoy the 75-90 minutes of running, whether it be on the trails, roads or even a soccer pitch.

Find a couple friends, tell some stories for a while and the run goes by quickly. Or, take your time, run through a woods trail and enjoy the solitude. There is beauty in both.

Your workout today, is warm up slowly, 75-90 minutes, then cooldown slowly.

And please remember to hydrate.
