Week 2, Day 5, Recovery Week Two

Today, take a 30-minute run or 45-minute walk.

This is the beginning of the second week of our two—to three-week recovery time. The idea is to get a physical, mental, and spiritual break. We read books, nap, goof off, and get outside and enjoy nature.

The workouts will be three days a week, and you can walk or bike to get you moving.

The incredible depth in the United States.

The 5,000 meters earlier in the week is a case in point.

In the final steps, Elle St Pierre held off Elise Cranny by two-hundredths of a second, 14:40.34-14:40.36.

Parker Valby pushed the pace for 4,200 meters, and then, St. Pierre, Cranny, and Schweizer battled for the medals.

Elle and Elise returned in the 1,500 meters, where Parker and Karissa will run the 10,000 meters.

We are so lucky in this country with the quality of the development programs and the high quality of the athletes!

A 30-minute easy run.

If you need something to do outside (it is hot today), walk 30 minutes early, ride a bike, or, best yet, take a leisurely swim and enjoy the day!
