Today is a recovery day for the first day of Week seven, Monday.

Recovery days after a race day and a long run day.

Your workout is warm-up slowly, (include 12 pull-ups, 12 push-ups, 12 sit-ups),

run 45-55 minutes, then 5 x 150-meter stride outs, and cool-down slowly.
