This is a recovery day for our Week 8, day 3 athletes.

Recovery is key to athletes of all levels developing to their fullest potential.

If you don’t take easy days, then I sure hope you have good health insurance, because you will be visiting the doctor, trying to figure out

why you are having injury problems.

Train smart, race smarter!

Your workout for today, warm-up slowly, 13 sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, then, 45-55 minutes, easy pace, and finish with 6 x 150 meter stride outs, and slowly cooldown.
