This is race day!

Warm-ups are personal. Some like a long, solitary warm-up, and some like to be with their team, and you have to figure that one out.

Getting nervous prior to a race is pretty normal. I found that my reaction to the stress of racing helped me perform.

Your workout today is warm-up, slowly, 6 x 150m stride outs, race 5k-8k, long cooldown (30-40 minutes), stretch and hydrate.
