Your workout today is a long run.

We build from 50 minutes to 90 minutes for high schoolers, and 2 hours for college runners and beyond. More advance runners can go 18 miles, 20 miles, and 22 miles, on a three-week cycle and then repeat.

Your workout today is warm-up slowly, 75-80 minutes, rolling terrain, moderate pace, with slow cooldown.
